Apartment Atlantico Playa is located in a prime location directly on the beach promenade of Puerto Naos with wonderful sea and beach views from the terrace.

It is located on the third floor of an apartment building, an elevator is available. 

Restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery are within easy walking distance, so you don't necessarily need a hire car. The bus stop at the entrance to the village is a few minutes' walk away, with buses running to Los Llanos approximately every hour.

The entrance to the Atlantico Playa apartment complex is located in the pedestrian zone.

The 12 m² terrace, which gets sun from around midday, is furnished with a high table and two high chairs – the perfect place for a sundowner. There is also a table with comfortable chairs for dining.

The 50 m² apartment offers a very bright, open-plan living/dining area with integrated kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The kitchenette was completely refurbished in 2025 with a stainless steel extractor fan, built-in microwave and ceramic hob. There is plenty of kitchen equipment and storage space for your shopping. Directly adjacent is the dining table with four chairs. 

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and various small pieces of furniture. For evening entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite TV. High-speed internet is also available.

The large panoramic window with sliding door to the terrace is particularly beautiful.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom on the left of the entrance.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds pushed together and a large built-in wardrobe. The large window leads to the inner courtyard, where the staircase is located.

In addition to a shower, toilet and bidet, the bathroom offers a washbasin with a vanity unit for your toiletries. The washing machine is hidden behind a cupboard in the hallway; you can dry your laundry on the balcony.
